WHERE I MEET YOU

Your analytics journey.
Your starting point.

You can enter at any point. This shows how the work connects; it is not a required sequence or an all-inclusive package.

  • Plan the measurement

    Strategic Measurement Planning

Agree on outcomes, definitions, and measurement priorities.

  • Implement & check

    Measurement & validation

Connect agreed definitions to GA4 and GTM tracking.

  • Report & interpret

    A usable view of performance

Build reporting and analysis around the decision.

  • Keep the context

    Ongoing analytics support

Keep tracking, reporting, and new questions connected.

YOU CAN START HERE

Start here when the team needs shared definitions or a plan for a new website, journey, or reporting need.

1. Understand the need

We discuss what your team needs to accomplish, the systems involved, and the people responsible for making changes.

2. Agree on the work

We define deliverables, scope, responsibilities, and timing. For ongoing support, we also agree on priorities, availability, and how work is requested and reviewed.

3. Do the work together

I investigate, implement, or build reporting as agreed in the scope. I coordinate with your team and developers, explain findings, and make remaining uncertainty visible.

4. Review the result

We walk through the work, document what matters, and clarify any follow-up actions. When changes affect measurement, we agree on how they will be validated.

When discovery helps

Some projects can be scoped from an initial conversation and the information already available. Others involve inherited setups or unresolved questions that need investigation before implementation can be quoted responsibly.

In those cases, I may propose a paid discovery phase. Its deliverables are agreed in advance and can include a review of the existing setup, material unknowns and constraints, and a defined scope for the next stage.

Discovery is a separate engagement when needed. It is not a required first step for every project.
