An analytics specialist on hand, month after month
Tracking breaks after launches, reports drift and new questions keep coming in. Ongoing support keeps me working alongside your team, so those problems get handled before they turn into a debate over which number is right.
What it covers
An example month
| Request | From | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Track the new demo request form | Marketing lead | Built in GTM, tested with real submissions |
| Meta and GA4 purchases don't match after the sale | Paid social | Gap explained, note added to the report |
| UTM rules for the new email program | Naming rules documented | |
| Banner update from legal | Web team | Tested with Accept all and Reject all |
| Monthly report review | Marketing lead | Three changes flagged for leadership |
How it runs
- 1
Agree on priorities
We start with what matters most this quarter and who can send me requests.
- 2
Send requests as they come up
Use whatever channel your team already works in. I confirm the scope before starting anything large.
- 3
Review monthly
A short summary of what changed, what it affects in your reports, and what's next.
Most ongoing support starts at around 5 hours a month. I keep a small number of ongoing clients, so each one gets real attention.
Where ongoing support works best
A good fit
- A marketing team with people running paid search, paid social, email or other channels
- Ecommerce, lead generation, or both, running through the website
- Leadership that makes budget decisions from the reports
- Agencies that need a steady analytics specialist across several client accounts
Not a fit
- A single tag fix with nothing after it
- Very small marketing budgets
- Gambling or crypto
Not sure yet? An analytics audit is a good way to start. Many ongoing clients began with one.
“From the start, Clark became a core part of my marketing team.”
Questions about ongoing support
Do we need an audit first?
Not always. If your setup is mostly working and the needs are clear, we can start with ongoing support. If the setup is inherited or the numbers are in dispute, an analytics audit usually comes first so we know what we're maintaining.
What happens in a busier month?
We talk before going over the agreed hours, so there are no surprises on either side.
Who on our team can send requests?
Whoever we agree on at the start. Usually that's the marketing lead plus the people running each channel.
Can agencies use ongoing support across several clients?
Yes. We agree on priorities across accounts, and I can work under your agency's name. See support for agencies.

What does your team keep coming back to?
Tell me where the numbers keep needing attention. A couple of sentences is enough.
